The Whole House Carbon Filter is designed to reduce chlorine, bad tastes, odors and dissolved organic chemicals from municipal water supplies. Our Automatic Backwash GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) Water Filter is connected to the main line of your home and filters all the incoming water that runs through your shower and bath. The Whole House Chlorine Removal Filter is shipped as a fully assembled system with by-pass and 3/4" plumbing connectors.
The Whole House Chlorine removes the following contaminants:

- Chlorine
- Herbicides & Pesticides
- VOC (Volatile Organic Chemicals
- THM Chlorine By-products, Trihalomethanes (a group of organic chemicals suspected of being carcinogenic)
