1) Minimun order of $50.00 is required.
2) Once an order is placed online and your VISA or MASTER CARD Online payment is approved (real-time payment processing) you will receive your Order Confirmation Email, usually a few seconds after the order acceptance.
3) Your order is being processed at our warehouse. You will receive an estimated delivery date within 48 hrs. Shipping times will vary depending upon your location.
4) Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification Email confirming order & shipping details. The status of your order can be tracked through MY ACCOUNT. USA customers please note the duty & taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
5) You must inspect your shipment within 48 hours of delivery. If the products are damaged in shipping we (Water Filter Depot) must contact the shipping company within 48 hours of delivery to sumit a claim for damages. Water Filter Depot is not responsible for any damages not reported after 48 hours of delivery.
