For the purpose of shipping and payment, we require the following information to process an order: name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and email (to contact you with any question concerning your order) and credit card number with expiration date.

• Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the day of purchase (Expired gift certificates are not valid)
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund
• Unused balances will be placed in the recipient’s gift certificate account.
• If your purchase exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
• Water Filter Depot is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate codes.

All your information will be transmitted through a secure SSL server. It will be encrypted using 128 bits encryption. SSL is a standard communication link and no one can see your information during the online ordering process.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Merchandise sold by Water Filter Depot is guaranteed only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranties exclude liability for labor and  / or consequential damages. Repairs or alterations to merchandise shall void any and all warranties. Seller's maximum obligation under this warranty shall be limited to a refund of purchase price or replacement of product proven to be defective.

In no event will Water Filter Depot be liable for any amount exceeding the purchase price of a product with regard to any claims related to such product this includes but is not limited to special, incidental or consequential damages. Determination of suitability of a product for uses and applications contemplated by purchaser shall be the sole responsibilty of the purchaser.

If for any reason we have a product listed with an incorrect price Water Filter Depot has  the right to refuse or cancel any orders that have been placed with this incorrect price. This includes confirmed orders or if your credit card has already been charged, when your order is cancelled Water Filter Depot will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
